Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Luxury Corporate Projects to expand our reach in the high-end corporate market. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate, hospitality or interior sector, excellent networking skills, and a proven sales and business development track record. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth in this exclusive market segment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate the luxury corporate market. Conduct thorough market research to identify luxury corporate projects and potential clients. 2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage with developers, architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals involved in luxury corporate projects. 3. Sales and Negotiation: Inframart Realtech Pvt. Ltd. Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of luxury corporate projects. Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients to meet and exceed sales targets. 4. Brand Promotion and Events: Represent Waterlogic at high-end real estate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our brand and products. Organize exclusive launch events and product showcases for potential clients in the luxury corporate sector. 5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights. Analyze sales data and market trends to continuously refine and improve business strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree with MBA. Minimum of 0-2years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the luxury corporate market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and establishing strong client relationships in the luxury sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong network of contacts within the luxury real estate and design communities. Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
