Job Description

AWC Software Pvt. Ltd is looking for Service Now Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

1. Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and leadership to the ServiceNow development team. This involves mentoring team members, setting technical direction, and ensuring best practices are followed.

2. Solution Design : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Design scalable and efficient solutions that align with industry best practices.

3. Customization and Development : Oversee the customization and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs. Ensure that development follows coding standards and best practices.

4. Platform Maintenance : Manage the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This includes handling upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

5. Integration Management : Coordinate the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications within the organization's ecosystem. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems.

6. Quality Assurance : Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of ServiceNow applications and customizations.

7. Documentation and Training : Create technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators as needed.
