We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and focus on the workspaces portfolio. This individual will play a crucial role in sourcing leads, building relationships, and developing this vertical of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and source new business opportunities for the workspaces portfolio through various channels such as networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the client base.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of Spacient Designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the design and construction industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
