Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of the program and service offerings of the capacity-building program with good evidential detailing and developing periodic project briefs of the project for wider sharing
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and expansion of the capacity-building program of the foundation, keep prospective client database updated, and arrange meetings for senior team members with prospective clients
- Explore new business leads, write, and design concept notes and proposals pitching for the program and organize the start-up and inception meetings, tracking the progress and timely actions.
- Follow organization guidelines and procedures for acquisition of donors, submission of proposals etc.
- Review the contract agreements and share with the Legal, Finance and Programme team to fulfill the given the target.
- Develop good 'Program Cycle Management' practices for tracking growth and progress of project deliverables including online and classroom courses along with partner management
- Keep the Leadership and senior team members updated on a periodic basis on the status of the program
- Develop quality and timely donor reports adhering timely submission and follow-up with donor for timely release of the grants and be a bridge between Donor and the organization to coordinate all time-to-time assigned responsibilities
- Liaise with Partner NGOs & CBOs for effective implementation of project implementation, Face-to-Face training and promoting Online Training
- Liaise with communication team for proper visibility of the project and for promotion
- Coordination with other Divisions and other assigned tasks by the competent authority from time to time
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications & Experiences
- Post-graduate qualification in Management/ Social Work/ Social Sciences with demonstrable experience of managing large scale projects preferably in capacity building related domain
- A minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in the development sector dealing with corporate sector, government and donors agencieswith proven experience of donor and contract management
- Experience of managing the programme cycle, including assessments, project design, proposal and report writing to international donors like USAID, BMGF etc., implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Experience/understanding of Impact investment
- Willingness to work and travel
