We are looking for a Domestic Process Setup Fundraising Lead who will be responsible for establishing scalable operational processes within India and driving fundraising efforts for business expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in process optimization, investor relations, and fundraising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic Process Setup Operations
Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to scale Tradologies domestic business.
Develop SOPs, automation strategies, and workflow enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
Partner with technology teams to leverage AI and automation for operational efficiency.
Fundraising Investor Relations
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract venture capital, private equity, and strategic investors.
Build and maintain relationships with VCs, angel investors, HNIs, and institutional investors.
Lead the preparation of investment pitches, financial models, and business plans.
Oversee the due diligence process and negotiate deal terms with investors.
Stay updated on market trends, valuations, and investment strategies to position Tradologie as a lucrative investment opportunity.
Stakeholder Leadership Collaboration
Work closely with the CEO, COO, and leadership team to align fundraising efforts with business goals.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights and reports on fundraising progress and process efficiencies.
Key Qualifications Skills
8+ years of experience in business operations, fundraising, investment banking, or venture capital.
Proven experience in scaling domestic operations and implementing process improvements.
Strong understanding of fundraising, financial modeling, and investor relations.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of B2B marketplaces, fintech, agri-trading, or commodity-based businesses is a plus.
Must from IIM/IIT or tier one college/Institute
