The National Sales Head - Inside Sales will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-performing inside sales engine, ensuring revenue growth of INR 100 Cr+ annually through innovative SaaS solutions. The candidate will lead a geographically distributed team, focusing on delivering results through effective strategies, team leadership, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Strategy:
Design, implement, and optimize a scalable inside sales engine tailored for SaaS solution sales.
Develop innovative approaches to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed the annual revenue target of INR 100 Cr+ solely through inside sales.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure consistent performance improvements.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and manage a large, multi-location inside sales team.
Foster a results-driven culture with clear KPIs, performance reviews, and recognition systems.
Customer Engagement:
Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
Sales Operations:
Utilize CRM tools and sales automation platforms for efficient sales funnel management.
Optimize workflows to enhance productivity and reduce the sales cycle duration.
Market Insights:

Candidate Profile:
Required Skills and Experience:
Professional Experience:
15+ years in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years focused on inside sales in the SaaS domain.
Proven track record of managing a large, distributed sales team across multiple locations.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
Data-driven approach to monitor, analyze, and improve sales performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred from Tier 1 Collages).
