Job Description

  The National Sales Head - Inside Sales will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high-performing inside sales engine, ensuring revenue growth of INR 100 Cr+ annually through innovative SaaS solutions. The candidate will lead a geographically distributed team, focusing on delivering results through effective strategies, team leadership, and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inside Sales Strategy:
  • Design, implement, and optimize a scalable inside sales engine tailored for SaaS solution sales.
  • Develop innovative approaches to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
  1. Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve and exceed the annual revenue target of INR 100 Cr+ solely through inside sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to ensure consistent performance improvements.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a large, multi-location inside sales team.
  • Foster a results-driven culture with clear KPIs, performance reviews, and recognition systems.
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts.
  1. Sales Operations:
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales automation platforms for efficient sales funnel management.
  • Optimize workflows to enhance productivity and reduce the sales cycle duration.
  1. Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide strategic inputs for product development and service enhancement.

Candidate Profile:
Required Skills and Experience:
  1. Professional Experience:
  • 15+ years in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years focused on inside sales in the SaaS domain.
  • Proven track record of managing a large, distributed sales team across multiple locations.
  • Experience driving substantial revenue (INR 100 Cr+ annually) through inside sales approaches.
  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
  • Data-driven approach to monitor, analyze, and improve sales performance.
  1. Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred from Tier 1 Collages).
  • Experience in SaaS solutions, Subscriptions Sales or global B2B platforms is a plus.
