 Be the Guardian of Quality  Define testing strategies develop test plans and provide accurate testing estimates no wild guesses please
 Talk the Talk Walk the Walk  Work closely with developers business teams and stakeholders to keep things running smoothly Bonus points if you can translate tech talk into something nontechies understand
 Automate Like a Boss  Design and implement automated test cases using TestIM Selenium Java and BDD so you can sip your coffee while tests run themselves
 Unleash Your Inner Data Nerd  Write SQL queries to validate databases and make sure our data isn t playing hideandseek
 Test Performance Accessibility  Use tools like JMeter NVDA Axe and WCAG checkers to ensure our applications run fast and work for everyone
 Be an Agile Ninja  Participate in AgileSCRUM teams contributing to sprint planning and requirement reviews no actual ninja moves required but encouraged
What You Bring to the Table
 5 years in software QA with expertise in functional nonfunctional API and web application testing
 2 years in an AgileSCRUM environment because Waterfall is so last decade
 Tech Wizardry  Experience with tools like Jira Confluence Postman SOAP UI Git Jenkins Docker and OpenShift
 Coding Skills  Proficiency in Java JavaScript Python or VBScript we won t make you build an app but automation is key
 Database Detective  Strong SQL skills to track down rogue data
 ProblemSolving Superpowers  Ability to spot and fix issues before they become
actual
problems
 Communication Rockstar  Able to explain technical stuff to nontech people without making them cry
