Job Description

Assist in the administration and maintenance of the IBM Maximo system.
Provide support for Maximo users and resolve any system-related issues.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
Perform data imports, exports, and system configurations as needed.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Knowledge of IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in Maximo administration.
Prior internship or project experience with Maximo or related technologies is desirable.
Knowledge on any cloud technologies like IBM Cloud, Azure cloud, GCP and AWS cloud.(Big Plus)
Knowledge on IBM Maximo Application suite installation end to end process.(Big Plus)
Knowledge on SSO, LDAP and SAML configurations.(Big Plus)
Knowledge on databases like IBM DB2, MYSQL and Oracle databases.(Big Plus)
