Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment, preferably within staffing services or recruitment agencies.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud computing, networking).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate offers and close positions effectively.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms and job portals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
