The Manager - HRBP will implement HR plans, initiatives and solutions at NCR site. This role requires the ability to efficiently handle high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining deadline sensitivity. Key to the position is a proven track record of success in navigating day to day people concerns and grievances and contributing to the HR function within a fast paced, dynamic business setting. Experience collaborating with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR solutions that support business objectives is critical.
