We are hiring a FAT Engineer to lead and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for high-purity modular systems in a GMP-compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical documentation, validation, and system testing skills in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sector.

Location- Wada (Near Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Pre-FAT and FAT activities for systems such as fermenters, process vessels, CIP/SIP units.
  
• Validate process sequences using logic testing and simulation techniques.
  
• Review and interpret P&IDs, valve matrices, functional design specifications, and equipment layouts.
  
• Prepare and execute qualification protocols: DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as cGMP, ISPE, ICH, and APIC.
  
• Interface with cross-functional teams in design, QA, production, and commissioning.

• MSc Biotechnology / Microbiology

  2 to 4 years in pharma/biopharma production, preferably in a cleanroom/GMP environment.
