Principal Software Engineer - JAVA @ Kirk Communications

Job Description

Technical Skills:6+ years of hands-on experience in application development in an enterprise setup
Experience in MongoDB (No SQL), DynamoDB, MySQL
Experience in Java, Multi-threading, Serialization, Spring, Spring-Security, Jackson (JSON) parser
Experience of Hadoop (HDFS, MapReduce, BigData) Development
Good knowledge of enterprise application servers like Apache/Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere
Good knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Autoscaling, Cloud computing)
Strong OOPS knowledge, including experience with design patterns
Excellent analytical aptitude and problem solving skillsRoles and Responsibility:
Take end-to-end responsibility of all cycles of product development
Develop and extend core functionalities of the product
Work on product enhancements, review product and provide guidance on new functionalities or features to be introduced in the product
Perform end-to end testing of the product to understand the core functionality of the product and ensure its proper functioning
Perform extensive code review of current product and highlight any process/quality issues to the management
