Handle end to end recruitment process for clients
Source suitable profiles using effective search methodologies, profile mapping etc
Coordinate interviews/salary negotiations/ Onboarding
Achieve business targets
Uphold stringent quality standards

Required Candidate profile

Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Min 1 yr talent acquisition experience in IT & Telecom sector
Excellent communication skills
Well versed with job portals - especially naukri , linkedin etc
