System Administrator @ Amantya Technologies

Job Description

Experience:
-        5-7 years of experience as a System Administrator, particularly in managing cloud-based data centers.
-        Proven experience in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Linux servers spread across multiple data centers (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
-        Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like NIC, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
-        Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Load balancing, VPNs, etc.
-        Expertise in configuring and managing PostgreSQL/MySQL databases, including backups, migrations, and performance tuning.
-        Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is required, with Kubernetes and VM management being essential skills
-        Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for system configuration management and deployment will be advantage.
-        Expertise in using monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Loki and Prometheus for system performance and health checks.
-        Proficient in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell. 
-        Experience with server backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
-        Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve system issues across multiple environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
