Job Description
- Performing requirement analyses.
- Developing high-quality and detailed designs.
- Lead the design and development of complex, large-scale software systems using Java technologies
- Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
- Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
- Conducting configuration of your own work.
- Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, helping them to improve their technical skills and grow professionally
- Manage multiple projects and client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into the organizations software development process
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of project status and any risks or issues
- Build and maintain a high-performing software development team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Requirements :
- Degree in engineering, information systems, or related.
- Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
- Sound knowledge of Java technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong technical skills in Java, including experience with Java 8, Spring, and Hibernate
- Knowledge of cache technologies like Redis
- Knowledge of message broker solutions like Kafka, ActiveMQ
- Experience leading teams of software developers and managing projects from concept to delivery
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience working with large-scale, complex software systems
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git and Jira
- Deployment experience with Dockers or Kubernetes
