We have an immediate requirement for CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) with a Product Based Company.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Skills:

Any Graduation

Minimum 4 Years of experience as a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager).

Your Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and Acquiring new customers.
  • Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
  • Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organisation and its customers.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
  • Optimize CRM strategies as needed to improve performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, including working with internal stakeholders.
  • Should be comfortable building and analysing monthly performance report.
  • Optimize CRM strategies as needed to improve performance.
  • Monitor and report campaign effectiveness: open rate, CTR, cost per acquisition, conversion, and more.

Required Aspects

  • Should have Minimum 4+ Years of Experience in the domain.
  • Should be involved in SMS, Email marketing along with push notifications.
  • Should be able to communicate with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Business and Category Heads to close the CRM plan.
  • Should have hands on experience Hands-on working experience in executing CRM campaigns.
  • Should be familiar with online B2C business models.
  • Should have idea about campaign metrics & In-depth analysis of campaigns.
  • Work on A/B testing and optimizing of all CRM campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies that drive consumer conversion, retention and loyalty and generate increased transactions on the app.
  • Should have working Knowledge of using CRM Tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Scoro, Sugar CRM etc.
  • Good in understanding of various B2C business modules.
