This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes and supporting management with HR-related matters to foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the business unit leaders, providing guidance and support on various HR matters.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Provide support and guidance in employee relations, including handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with the HR team to deliver HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Lead onboarding processes, ensuring the smooth onboarding experience.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Stay updated on HR best practices, industry trends, and changes in employment laws to ensure compliance and implement innovative HR solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Experience working in an IT Services/product based company is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with all levels of employees and management.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
