 Presales Executive

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Collaborate with global sales teams to understand client requirements, particularly in international markets.

  • Conduct customized product demonstrations that reflect client-specific needs across geographies.
  • Design detailed technical and commercial proposals aligned with regional business requirements.
  • Respond to RFI/RFP documents with clear, tailored, and compelling content.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into product features and solution narratives.
  • Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development and present outcomes to international stakeholders. Support smooth transitions of client requirements to delivery teams post-sale.
  • Continuously research and share global market trends, competitor positioning, and regional nuances with the sales team.
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral, case studies, and whitepapers with a focus on international relevance.
  • Contribute to building a centralized, reusable knowledge base to support global pre-sales operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Technology, or related fields.
  • Domain knowledge in Retail (Offline & Online) and Supply Chain Mandatory.
  • Familiarity with: ERP, CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce, Omni-channel, POS, WMS, Marketplace, Catalogue, Merchandise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with an ability to create impactful presentations.
  • Curious mindset with good research and learning abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong knowledge of international markets, particularly in the Middle East & Africa (MEA) and Southeast Asia (SEA) regions.
