Resident Medical Officer @ Sukh Sagar Medical

Job Description

• Patient Care.
• Providing medical care to patients, including examining, diagnosing, and treating illnesses and injuries.
• Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Documenting patient care and progress notes in electronic medical records Supervision and Collaboration:
• Supervising junior medical staff, such as medical students and interns.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff.
• Emergency Response:
• Responding to medical emergencies and coordinating with emergency teams.
• Providing emergency procedures, including resuscitation, as required.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintaining accurate medical records.
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Completing documentation, such as death certificates and incident reports.
• Patient Education:
• Communicating with patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
