Shiksha.com is hiring Sales Manager for Its Study Abroad Vertical II Hyderabad Location


Job Description


  • Responsible for enhancing the study abroad / overseas education partner network and onboarding new sub agents from the assigned market.
  • Driving applications and enrolments of interested students for international education via subagents and overall partner panel.
  • Responsible for agent performance monitoring and success/retention across portfolio for busienss growth and success
  • Training and coaching the partners for different operational matrices ensuring business acceptance and continuous admission cases by resolving operational challenges , if any .
  • Increasing the Shiksha Study Abroads network in assigned territory (Hyderabad) /market domination by driving various success methods and defined policies.
  • Develop multi-level relationships with key stakeholders at clients end, such as Counsellors, Marketing Managers, and Owners. Being in continuous connect with them and focus on problem solving.
  • Following up for Students cases and keeping a close watch on progress for overall customer experience
