Junior Finance Executive @ Netscore Technologies

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to join our finance team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns and handle GST reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare TDS returns and ensure compliance with TDS regulations.
• Assist in the end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Follow up with vendors regarding account receivables and payables.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelors/ masters degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience with Tally Prime ERP and a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and familiarity with ESI, PF, and PT compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
