Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dotnet Developer with 4-6 years of expertise in .Net Core, C#, and ASP.NET. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in large-scale application development and maintenance, possess excellent communication skills (in Hindi at least) for effective client interaction, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
Role & responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand problem statements in functional terms and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain large-scale applications using .Net Core, C#, and ASP.NET.
- Utilize skills in SQL Server, including Store Procedures, Indexes, Views, and Query Optimisations.
- Apply design/architectural patterns, such as Model-View-Controller (MVC).
- Work with Entity Framework and write efficient LINQ queries.
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
- Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement object-oriented programming principles to enhance code quality.
- Write reusable libraries and follow code versioning best practices using GIT.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in .Net Core, C#, and ASP.NET development.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining large-scale applications.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English for client interaction.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.
- Adherence to industry best practices, coding standards, and information security policies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and frameworks.
- Proven track record of completing tasks from inception to deployment within established timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Skills good to have
- Knowledge of Angular JS.
- Familiarity with Python.
- Understanding of one or more RDBMS like PostgreSQL and other NoSQL databases such as Mongo or Dynamo DB.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and deployment.
- Proficiency in using CI-CD pipelines, including Docker.
- Experience in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
