About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and curious Associate: Data Analyst to join our Global Procurement Analytics team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will support global procurement and supply chain functions by analyzing, transforming, and visualizing data. You will help deliver impactful insights and automation solutions that enhance procurement efficiency, drive decision-making, and support digital transformation initiatives.

Role & responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and understand business and reporting requirements.
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps and SQL.
- Work closely with data engineers and AI/ML specialists to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
- Maintain and monitor analytics environments including workspace usage, licenses, data quality, and performance optimization.
- Continuously enhance existing analytics solutions and explore opportunities for automation using tools like Power Automate or Alteryx.
- Support procurement data enrichment, contract and catalog analysis, and sustainability-related reporting.
- Assist in categorizing procurement spend data for better visibility and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging analytics and AI tools and provide recommendations for their use in procurement.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 03 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably in a procurement, supply chain, or operations environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake).
- Ability to understand complex data sets and business processes to create actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and multicultural teams.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and quick to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts or experience working on automation/AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, and Power Apps
