C2H HIRING.
For Permanent Hiring looking IT, Automotives, Embedded, Engineering, looking TL for C2H Experience as well as Permanent Experience Individually.
Vacancy for Associate /Sr Associate / Consultant/ Sr Consultant Position in ORCAPOD!
Work Remotely and Having good knowledge or experience in respective domains.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Candidate having good knowledge in Recruitment in IT Skills, Good Sourcing as well as Strong Experience in C2H or Permanent Hiring only.
Eligibility for Interview:
- Mostly Experience should be in Consultancy Background.
- Technically Strong about Niche IT Skills.
- Experience 3 to 6 years in IT Recruitment.
- Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devop and many more.
- Good knowledge of Screening, Mass Mailing, Job Posting & Sourcing and Job Portal and End to End Recruitment.
- Good Communication Skills
- Must have Laptop & WIFI connection.
- Good Closure in C2H and Perm Hiring per month with maximum package.
- For TL: Team Handling upto 7 to 8 members
Client Handling
Knowledge about Niche IT skills (C2H or Permanent)
Immediate Joiner - Essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability are required.
DETAILS:
- Office Timing will be 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
- Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
- Salary 14K to 24K (Incentives + Mob. Reimbursement)
(Salary and Designation will depend upon the Experience and after the 3rd round Interview)
- Permanent Work from Home.
- VIDEO CALL INTERVIEW IN LAPTOP WITH GOOD CONNECTIVITY.
