Desktop Support Engineer @ Pentagon System

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Configure Outlook email clients, including setting up accounts, managing calendars, and resolving email delivery failures.
  
• Assemble new desktop computers from scratch, ensuring proper installation of hardware components.
  
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues on Windows operating systems.
  
• Perform OS installations (Windows) and perform routine maintenance tasks such as disk space monitoring.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Desktop Support Engineering or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, including assembling PCs from scratch.
  
• Proficiency in configuring Outlook email clients for optimal performance.
  
• Experience with networking fundamentals, including hardware setup and troubleshooting.
