Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience Required: 1 to 4 Years End-to-End Sourcing (BPO & Non-IT Hiring)
Location: Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates and be familiar with the fast-paced nature of high-volume hiring environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for BPO and Non-IT positions.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring status.
- Maintain a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruitment/staffing agencies or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 4 years of proven experience in BPO and Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean search, social media, and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn).
- Experience in handling volume hiring and walk-ins.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
