We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and lead the execution of high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Marketing:
- Develop targeted marketing strategies tailored to a B2B audience
- Leverage insights and data to create messaging that resonates with decision-makers and IT professionals.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns via Paid Search, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Work extensively on Dynamics 365 CRM, managing campaign workflows, lead nurturing, and data reporting.
- Multi-Channel Marketing:
- Collaborate with partners for co-branded campaigns and leverage partner marketing channels to expand reach.
- Manage and optimize presence on review portals, directories, and industry forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance metrics using analytics tools, generating actionable insights to refine future strategies.
- Report on marketing ROI and campaign success in regular performance reviews.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the role
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the IT, ITIS, or SaaS industry.
- Proven expertise in managing Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Social Media Ads, and Email Campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM for campaign management and reporting is a plus or should have prior experience on any CRM platform such as HubSpot, Marketo etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with partner marketing programs and strategies for leveraging review portals like G2, Capterra, etc.
