Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strong Hands-on experience in IBM AS400 iSeries platform and RPG/RPGLE programming.
Experience on one of the IBM I Supply chain management/ERP applications is a must(Preferably KBM product).
Strong experience in handling the 24/7 IBM I technical support activities in shifts
Strong Experience in doing the technical triage by debugging RPG/CL programs quickly to identify the root cause and fix the problem within the defined SLAs
Decent technical knowledge in free-format RPG, SQLRPGLE
Ability to handle Client requirement, creating design document and walk them with client.
Technical proficiency in relevant languages and development tools required and knowledge on distributed processing is mandatory
Ability to create Sub-procedures, Subroutines and Service Programs.

BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA
