Job Description
Role & responsibilities
In this role, the Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Support Consultant - R2R/P2P/I2C will be responsible for:
- Managing Oracle Fusion Finance Modules Production Support: Oversee production support for a group from offshore.
- Configuration: Handle configuration for Intercompany Setup, GL, AP, I-Expense, SLA, AR, FA, CM, EB Tax, PO, iProcurement, and related modules.
- Technology Ownership: Take overall ownership of the technology support for R2R/P2P/I2C processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team responsible for the production support of Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Implementation Collaboration: Work with the implementation team to transition R2R/P2P/I2C processes.
- IT Systems Evaluation and Support: Evaluate, implement, and support key IT systems to optimize current Oracle Applications support processes.
- Business Support: Assist business users with issues in R2R/P2P/I2C processes, monthly close cycles, and interfaces with external systems for journals, cash, and invoices.
- Global Template Maintenance: Maintain the global template for R2R/P2P/I2C. Organize regular Service Review meetings and provide status reports to internal management (Business, Technology,
