Job Description
- Overall 2+ years experience in requirement understanding, requirement gathering, client communication
- To work as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) in an agile based team to be involved in delivering and achieving the product road map.
- Excellent English communication skills written and verbal
- Reporting to Product team and acting as an interface between Product team and Engineering team to ensure that desired backlogs are prepared, and outcomes are achieved as per the Product roadmap.
- Participating in standups, status meetings and discussions (grooming), quarterly planning, team meeting with key stakeholders (Project Manager, Product Owner, Architects, Developers, client service team etc.) to elaborate and discuss the business requirements.
- CSPO(Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification is desired and should be preferred.
- Involvement in analysis, functional design, and quality assurance.
- Responsible for engineering team backlog, roadmap, reviews, and sign offs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, good understanding of product teamvision, interpersonal & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new concepts quickly & utilize the same in productive manner.
- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge on Web application, API, UI and different module within the system
- Good hands on with Project management tools like JIRA.
- Exposure at other tools like Lucidchart, Figma etcused for defining and tracking the requirements
