Senior Software Tester @ Netcomm Labs

Job Description

Role : Software Tester (Manual Tester)

Experience : 4+ years

Location : Noida ( WFO)

Responsibility : MANUAL TESTER

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs clearly and accurately.
• Participate in functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Maintain documentation for test procedures, results, and process improvements.
• Communicate testing progress, results, and risks to team members.
• Assist in creating automated tests (optional depending on skillset).
• Adbility to do exhaustive and detailed testing for Web/ Mobile apps
• Independent Communicator and ability to handle client calls.
• Identify what is broken (i.e. find Software Bugs)
• Eager to learn, Team player, Good communication, logical and Investigative skills
• knowledge of different testing methodologies
• Write/execute test plans and identify software bugs
• Ability to do ad-hoc/exploratory testing on mobile/web applications
• Experience with bug-tracking systems..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual).
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Ability to write and execute test cases and scenarios.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Client handling
• Excellent communication with mail etiquette
• Ability to work in a team.
• A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
• BTech / SQL/ Manual Testing knowledge (advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
