Job Description

Job Title: Quality Training Assistant Clarion Sales TeamDepartment: Sales OperationsJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Training Assistant
to support our Sales Teams quality assurance and training functions at
Clarion. This role will play a key part in driving operational excellence
through regular audits, call quality monitoring, process adherence checks, and
structured training programs to enhance team performance.Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Audits: Conduct regular call audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to sales
scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
Perform detailed analysis of call recordings, CRM data, and reports to
identify performance trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
Prepare and maintain audit reports, dashboards, and feedback logs for
internal stakeholders.
Highlight process deviations, recommend corrective actions, and follow up
on closure of action items.
Support Quality Manager in developing and refining QA frameworks, scoring
models, and feedback mechanisms.Data Analysis Reporting: Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, recurring issues,
and potential areas of improvement in the sales process.
Monitor key performance metrics (KPI) related to call quality, conversions,
compliance, and customer experience.
Generate periodic reports on QA performance, audit scores, and team
improvement plans for management review.Training Development: Support in creating and maintaining annual training calendars based on
business priorities and performance analysis.
Assist in designing training modules, presentations, process guides, and
role-play scenarios for the sales team.
Coordinate with department managers for scheduling, logistics, and
attendance tracking of training sessions.
Conduct refresher training, process update briefings, and one-on-one
coaching sessions for advisors.
Track and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and
post-training performance.Desired Skills Competencies: Experience of 4-5 years in Quality Analysis, Call Auditing, Sales Coaching,
or a similar role (preferably in IT Sales / B2B / Appointment Generation
Process).
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in data interpretation, audit
reporting, and root cause analysis.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability
to deliver constructive feedback effectively.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Call Auditing Tools, CRM platforms,
and reporting dashboards.
Exposure to sales processes, objection handling, and customer engagement
techniques.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple audits,
reports, and training schedules simultaneously.
High attention to detail with a passion for driving quality and process
improvement.
Empathy, patience, and people management skills to foster learning and
development.
