Job Description
Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited is looking for Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Set sales targets and develop sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing training and coaching to staff on customer service best practices
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts and replenishment
- Supervise and train staff on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze store performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics, and take corrective action as needed
- Create and maintain store schedules, including staffing and budget management
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Proven experience in retail store management
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
- Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
