Sales Specialist at Clarion TechnologiesPosition Overview:Clarion Technologies is in search of an experienced Sales Specialist with a
strong background in IT sales. This role is ideal for a candidate who possesses
over 10 years of experience in the field, including a minimum of 5 years in
managing a sales team. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in driving our
business growth, leveraging their expertise in IT products and services, and
leading a team to achieve exceptional sales results.Key Responsibilities: Advanced Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an expert understanding of our IT
products and services to confidently engage with clients.
Strategic Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and
develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client
relationships.
Leadership in Sales Strategy: Lead and mentor a sales team, developing
resilient strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of
industry trends and competitor movements.
Customized IT Solutions: Work closely with the technical team to develop
solutions that cater specifically to client needs.
Skilled Negotiation and Deal Closure: Apply advanced negotiation skills to
effectively close deals, balancing client satisfaction with profitability.
Superior After-Sales Support: Provide exemplary post-sale service, ensuring
ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Effective Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team,
fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
Accurate Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of detailed sales
reports and analysis for informed decision-making.Qualifications: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in
a team management role.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Master s
degree preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Expertise in market analysis and strategic planning.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
