Position :Salesforce QA (Manual)

Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience

Role & responsibilities

Salesforce Sales Cloud Mandatory

Salesforce Service Cloud Desirable

CPQ Knowledge is mandatory

Salesforce Sub Module

• Workflow Mandatory

• Live Chat Mandatory

Testing

• Understanding user stories

• Test planning

• Writing test cases

• Executing test cases

• Reporting Defect

• Documentation related to test planning, test execution, test reporting

• Experience on defect tracking tool Primary JIRA or any other relevant tool
• Good knowledge in Automation testing and writing scripts.
• Good communication to interact with developer and team lead outside India
• Flexibility to work in the evening for few overlapping hours based on need
• Hands-on on smoke testing, functionality testing
• Good hands-on experience in integration testing or API testing with 3rd Party Systems from Salesforce (Mandatory)
• End to End Testing of the Salesforce Process, test planning, test case development, manual testing for Salesforce applications
• Coordinate with project team, complete testing on time, report bugs and track them to closure.
• Take part in team standups, product review meetings, weekly meetings.
• Timely delivery of test cases and conduct required tests (regression/sanity, smoke, integration) and release builds on time.
• Effective reporting of work and reports.
• Basic understanding on test automation  Good to have
