Job Description

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full Salesforce development lifecycle, including design, coding in Apex and LWC, testing, and deployment.
• Execute data quality initiatives using Demand Tools, handling deduplication, mass updates, and regular cleansing processes.
• Provide ongoing maintenance by addressing bugs, optimizing existing code, and implementing performance improvements across Salesforce components.
• Plan, prepare, and execute three structured releases annually, including sandbox management, deployments, and coordination with QA/UAT teams.
• Debug complex system issues using Developer Console and logs, ensuring quick resolution of errors during the defined support window (up to 11:00 AM EST).
• Build and manage secure API integrations and third-party system connections using REST/SOAP and Salesforce native features.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable, efficient solutions without heavy oversight.
• Maintain thorough documentation for Apex classes, data workflows, Demand Tools operations, and system customizations.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security practices, enforcing field-level access, CRUD/FLS checks, and data protection standards.
• Continuously assess new Salesforce platform features, tools, and process enhancements to drive system reliability and modernization.
