Responsible for achieving the targets for policy sale

and increasing the share of business

• Acquire, build & maintain strategic relationships with

clients to understand customer needs

• Driving cost efficient operations through optimal

use of given leads on a daily basis

• Managing product mix, persistency, lead conversion

etc

• Updating database and maintaining with accuracy
• Achieving Goal Sheet and contest achievement on a

weekly basis.
