Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead Gen AI Initiatives: Drive the development and execution of strategic projects in Generative AI, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and product teams to innovate and deliver high-quality AI products.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
- Critical Reasoning & Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in product management in the Insurance domain, with at least 1 year leading initiatives in Generative AI.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional critical reasoning and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- On-Site Requirement: Must be willing to work on-site at our office location (Gurgaon, Haryana).
