Job Description
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare progress reports for clients on a regular basis, providing updates on project milestones, budget status, and any issues or challenges encountered.
- Maintain and update the sustainable design materials library on-site
- Research and attend trade shows and other continuing education opportunities.
- Any Graduate with Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2)
