Job Description

1.0 Job purpose

1.1 Achieve desired business growth by understanding customers needs and providing appropriate solutions from  products and services. 

2.0 Key tasks/ Responsibilities

2.1 Identify, study customers requirements and provide appropriate solutions

2.2 Increase market share in assigned sales territory

2.3 Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned sales territory

2.4 Contribute in creating the environment of Customer First & Team work

2.5 Ensure effective exchange of information with branch sales/service team

2.6 Provide timely report to Branch Manager Sales on opportunities, projects, competition etc. 

3.0 Core competencies

3.1 Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language

3.2 Market/ Geography knowledge

3.3 Strong and proven ability to learn

5.1 Any graduate with at least 60% marks from reputed college. 

6.0 Experience

6.1 Proven track record of success for 2-6 years as field sales personnel in multinational organisation with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines and payment collection. Experience of sales through distributor/dealer network shall not be considered.
