Qualifications: BE/B.Tech/MCA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Total Experience: 8+ years

ABOUT THE ROLE
Project Manager -Product & Solutions is someone who works closely with Global Product Architects, Designers, Solutions Planning team, understands and analyses overall technical architecture, business workflow, design diagrams, product/application roadmap, features functionalities. S/He leads technical requirement management team, prepares detailed technical requirements, documents them and drives overall Technical Business Analysts team towards an acceptable business-oriented scope of work /user stories in work management system.
Effectively collaborate with India Software development managers, developers, QA, Data
Engineering, Analytics and other domain experts to ensure product vision objectives are translated into clear solution development requirements.
Facilitate, coordinate, and communicate to keep the development team focused, tracks updates
progress on the projects/products assigned and agreed per organizations goal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with the Onshore team for product planning design sessions and
participate in the process of translating business requirements and creating user
stories through defined technical specifications including communicating with
systems analysts and developers to clarify information.
2. Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
and ensure alignment with company goals.
4. Set up and configure Azure DevOps projects, workflows, boards, and dashboards for
effective project tracking.
5. Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for technology initiatives involving Python and .NET
development.
6. Good understanding of various tech stacks being used currently, and good
understanding of web and mobile development framework practices.
7. Good in writing project/solution specifications, requirements, user stories, scope
documents and perform the role of a technical business analyst.
8. Correctly interpret the architectural document, design diagrams or any micro level
solution needs including Data model, data type, APIs or any associated Front-end or
Back-end solutioning as required.
9. Should be able to lead stand-ups, grooming, product demos and escalate questions and roadblocks as needed.
10. Manage risks and issues, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and working with the
team to resolve them.
11. Assist and review Test Cases and participate in release management and regression testing.
12. Proficient in Agile /SCRUM Framework and technically sound to manage AgBoards such as
DevOps, JIRA or similar.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.
2. Proven experience as a software developer is a plus.
3. High level of comfort working with custom-developed Applications
4. Worked in various patterns of work estimation and project analysis.
5. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git repositories is a plus.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. Exposure to product-based solutions and use case definition.
2. Not technology restricted in providing solutions
3. Should be able to do project and work estimations.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written English language required for successfully articulating
user- stories clearly.
5. Good documentation and diagramming skills.
6. Establish work priorities and work within such boundaries.
7. Interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders and team members.
