Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source profiles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fitment for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  • Manage interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Assist in offer negotiation process by providing guidance on salary expectations and benefits.
