Job Description

Working with the new and existing customer to implement solutions that lead to successful implementation of Entytle Insyghts and drive rapid value for the customer. This is critical to Entytle s continued growth. As the Solution Manager, you will:

  • Understand the needs of industrial OEMs to unlock the value in their installed base for aftermarket revenue growth
  • Participate in strategy and discovery sessions that build relationships and acquire a deep knowledge of prospective customer business issues and processes by asking strategic questions to form an understanding of pain points, systems, process gaps and potential value
  • Build credibility with executives, managers and front-line as an subject matter and solution expert
  • Develop implementation solutions for implementing Insyghts and work with the sales team to prepare proposals and scope documents
  • Clearly articulate and document specific needs to internal technical resources when customer specific items are required (i.e., integrations, reports, ETL, etc)
  • Serve as a key internal resource in educating the Sales team on product updates
  • Maintain industry and product knowledge
  • Consolidate and clearly articulate voice of the customer to product teams and other internal Entytle stakeholders
  • Lead customer workshops to align on business use cases and implementation/data integration plans
  • Participate in kickoff sessions and provide oversight of implementation projects
  • Asist in pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, presentations

As Implementation / Solutions Manager, you will be critical to Entytle s continued growth. This will lead to critical outcomes:

  • Well defined implementation plans that set the stage for successful Insyghts implementation and rapid time to value for the customer
  • Successful growth of new customers and expansion of existing customers
Experience, Competencies and Skills Required
  • Bachelor s degree in a technical discipline
  • Minimum of 4+ years in Implementation Management / Solution Management / Project Management role, successfully designing and executing implementation of enterprise software to multinational organizations
  • Experience with architecting solutions involving data integration and data science (ETL, SQL, Python, APIs, data integration, data cleansing, etc), including discovery and requirements gathering
  • Passion for presenting solutions to critical business issues & problems; strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong initiative
  • Exceptionally high standards for any deliverable to the customer
  • High fluency of working with data and integration
  • Innovative thinking to design solutions to meet customer needs leveraging Insyghts
  • Ability to work with a wide range of personas, from Inside Sales Representatives to Service executives
  • Ability to conduct virtual and in-person demonstrations, presentations and workshops at customer sites globally (Travel estimated at up to 25% of time)
  • Willingness to receive feedback and improve
Preferable Experience and Skills
  • Past work in implementations of complex software solutions requiring data integration and analysis
  • Past work with industrial manufacturers.
  • Experience with any ERP Implementations (Like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft etc), CRM (Salesforce , MS- Dynamics) Implementations and other back-end data systems common in industrial OEMs
  • Strong technical aptitude, including fluency with SQL, PLSQL, APIs.
  • Past Experience in Project Management is a huge plus ( Preferred but not must PRINCE 2 , PMP Certified )
  • Python (Pandas, Sklearn) is a great plus
