Job Description

Role: Software Engineer 2 / Senior Jira Developer

Skills: Atlassian (Cloud) , (Jira, JSM & Confluence) Job Location: Bangalore Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM (Flexible) Mode of Work: Hybrid Technical Skills:

3-5 years of experience in working on Atlassian Products (Jira/Confluence/ JSM)
Experience on working with Cloud version of Jira/Confluence
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications Required :

Bachelor s degree in computer science

Responsibilities :

Configure and manage Jira, Service Desk and Confluence projects
Create complex project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, security schemes and notification schemes
Experience on Automation for Jira, Script Runner, Jira Misc Workflows, Structure and eazyBI plugins
Good knowledge on JQLs, filters, Kanban/Scrum boards
Monitor plugin usage and take required actions
Good knowledge on Jira REST APIs
Support different teams with required Jira dashboards and reports
Troubleshoot and fix Jira/Confluence issues raised by users.
