Job Description
Candidate will have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. As a Senior Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software products. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of software applications to identify defects and issues.
- Create and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Document test results and report defects using designated tools.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning and strategy discussions.
- Maintain and update test documentation.
- Assist in regression testing, user acceptance testing, and test data creation.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (BE/B.Tech or MCA).
- Preferred academic background with scores of 75% or above in 10th standard, 12th standard, and Graduation.
- Able to manage a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of software testing principles is a plus.
