Role & responsibilities
Desktop Deployment and Configuration: Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop systems, including operating systems, applications, and hardware components. Ensure proper installation and configuration of software packages, drivers, and updates.
Technical Support for VIP users: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, both hardware and software. Resolve complex problems and incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure user productivity.
