We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, Pandas, Opensearch, Postgres, Docker, and Node.js/Next.js.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage backend services using Python, FastAPI, and Pandas.
• Optimize search solutions with Opensearch.
• Design and maintain Postgres databases.
• Implement containerized solutions using Docker.
• Oversee frontend/backend development with Node.js/Next.js.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and drive project success.

Required Skills:

• Proven expertise in the mentioned technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
