Job Description
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and reliable services in a highly demanding SaaS environment
- Monitor and analyze system performance using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
- Design and maintain WebPTs Configuration and Monitoring as Code codebase.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve system reliability, resilience and uptime. Ensure the best practices are adopted and implemented.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 escalation for critical systems.
- Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability through proactive monitoring and optimization.
- Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or similar role.
- Strong experience with Dynatrace, or other enterprise observability platform, for monitoring and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a good troubleshooter of issues and inquisitive to identify and improve/fix issues.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
- Familiarity with multiple observability platforms (Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog, ).
