Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers

* Explain products/services clearly and effectively

* Follow up on leads and maintain customer database

* Handle customer inquiries politely and professionally

* Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)

* Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner

* Language proficiency: [Specify languages English, Hindi, Kannada, etc.]
