Store Manager @ Wildcraft

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. You will be expected to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage the store effectively while adhering to company policies and standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Achieve store sales targets and KPIs (UPT, ABV, Conversion, ASP, etc.)
  
• Drive a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  
• Manage and mentor store staff hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating performance.
  
• Ensure smooth store operations including visual merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
  
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation standards, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  
• Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionally.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in retail operations (Apparel, Footwear, Lifestyle, or similar).
• Fluent in English and local language.
• PUC Qualified or Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
